Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective July 1, 2026

We want you to enroll with confidence. This policy explains when NISCR course purchases can be refunded, how to request a refund, and what happens once you begin your exam or receive your certificate.

Our refund promise

NISCR courses are digital products delivered online. Because you get immediate access to the material, our policy is built around a simple, fair window: a full refund within 3 days of purchase, as long as you have not started your final exam or been issued a certificate.

The 3-day refund window

You are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price if all of the following are true:

  • You request the refund within 3 calendar days of your purchase; and
  • You have not started or attempted the final exam for the course; and
  • No certificate has been issued to you for the course.

Once you begin the final exam or a certificate has been issued, the purchase is non-refundable — at that point you have received the graded assessment and the credential that are the core value of the course.

How to request a refund

Email us at niscrtraining@gmail.com from (or referencing) the email address you used at checkout, and include your name and the course or bundle you purchased. We will confirm your eligibility and, if approved, issue the refund to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Bundles

Bundles follow the same 3-day window. Because a bundle is sold as a single discounted package, a bundle becomes non-refundable once you have started the final exam for, or been issued a certificate in, any course within it.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you were charged twice for the same order, or believe a charge was made in error, contact us — we will investigate and refund any genuine duplicate or erroneous charge regardless of the 3-day window.

What is not refundable

  • Purchases where the final exam has been started or a certificate has been issued.
  • Requests made more than 3 days after purchase.
  • Free items and promotional credits.

Before you file a chargeback

If something went wrong, please email us first — we can almost always resolve refund questions faster than a card dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead us to suspend the related account and certificate while the dispute is reviewed. We keep records of course access and exam activity and will provide them to your card issuer when responding to disputes.

Cancellation and renewals

NISCR courses are one-time purchases, not subscriptions — there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge. Your certificate is valid for 24 months; renewing it before it expires is a separate, optional purchase, and we do not auto-charge you for renewal.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase, and the “Effective” date above shows the current version.
